Six rules. Breaking them can cost you the account.
One person, one profile
A profile is you, or the person you are the Wali for. Creating a profile about somebody who has not agreed to it is the one thing that removes an account without a warning.
Be truthful about the things that decide a marriage
Age, marital status, whether you have children, and whether you are already married. Lying about any of these is grounds for removal, and it is what families ask us about more than anything else.
Respect what somebody has not shared
Do not screenshot, forward or publish another member's photographs or details. Do not press somebody to move off the site before they are ready.
No money between members
Never send money to somebody you met here, for any reason. We will never ask you for money by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Nobody is for sale
A subscription buys reach — more profiles seen, more interests sent. It never buys somebody's photographs, phone number or attention. Women pay nothing.
We can suspend, and you can appeal
A moderator can suspend a profile and must record why. You can still sign in, you will be told what happened, and you can appeal. An appeal is read by a person.
What we do not promise
We do not promise you a marriage. We cannot check whether somebody is telling the truth about their job, their family or their intentions, and a Verified pill means only that a live selfie matched their photograph. Read Staying safe before you meet anybody.
Who may use this site
You have to be 18 or older. A date of birth cannot be changed once it is saved, and an account found to belong to somebody under 18 is removed.
Payment and cancelling
Gold is a paid subscription. What it costs, and what happens if you cancel or ask for a refund, is on its own page — Refund and cancellation.
The rules for what you post
What a profile, a photograph or a message may not be is its own page — Community guidelines. Breaking one of them is handled the way Reporting and takedowns describes.
These are the rules of the site in plain words, and every one of them is enforced. They are not a substitute for a formal agreement, which will be published before the site opens to the public.

If something here has gone wrong and support has not resolved it, this is who to write to. Required to be named under the IT Rules 2021, the DPDP Act 2023 and the E-Commerce Rules 2020.
