Delete your account
How to have your profile and everything on it erased.
From the app
- Open Settings.
- Tap Pause or delete account.
- Tap Delete account, and confirm.
From this website, without the app
Sign in with your phone number and the code we send you, and you land on the delete screen.
What happens next
- Your profile is hidden straight away. Nobody can find you or write to you.
- Your photos, video, biodata, answers and conversations are permanently erased after 30 days.
- Signing in within those 30 days stops the deletion. After that, nothing can be recovered.
- A few records are kept because the law or a dispute requires it: a payment receipt, and the record of a moderation decision that involved somebody else. They hold no more than they must.

Write to us from the number you registered with and we will help you. We will never ask for a one-time code.
